You may have to click Action and then scan for hardware changes. But you should see a PCI Device show up under Other Devices, then right click and select update driver software and search automatically for updated driver software. I tried the JMicron driver from Windows 8.1, (under storage). I did not use compatibility mode because I did not know exactly which device uses the driver. I just downloaded and let it install. I then restarted the laptop (HP 6570b).
