I second OP's findings concerning Russian in-game font: it just does not look right if you compare it to font that's being used for English. This is second reason I prefeur not to play in my native language. I've checked the looks of Heinrich Text typeface mentioned by the OP and it seems to be looking really good and does look pretty similar to the font that's being used for latin-based game localizations. If you'd be able to use this font instead of what's being used now - it'd be a really cool change for the best. Though I have to admit the the quality of the localization seems to be.
