There is one for sale on eBay even as I write (#22), and the seller even sent me personally a picture of the serial number on the pen's clip. The photograph is not good enough for me to decipher what that number is, but I do notice that it's engraved not at the top of the clip but at the bottom!

The asking price seems to be a bit low; it's USD$149. Don, 'Sir Nibs' I don't see anything that would say fake BUT the Fidelio is not one of the versions that used Chinese Laquer so that came from some other pen. The body is a very nice resin but not Laque de Chine.
